FREE RETURNS

We offer FREE RETURNS because we believe in our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

To initiate a return, contact us at su*****@ha*******************.com with your name, order number, and provide us the reason for your return. We will work with you to achieve a speedy and satisfactory solution to the problem.

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS

Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend reusing the original packaging for your return shipment. We will mail you or electronically send you a return label that you can print. If you print out your label, be sure to cover it with clear packing tape so it does not smear or get torn. You can also use a shipping label pouch if available. If we send you a label, just attach it to the front of the package.

REFUNDS

Once your return shipment arrives and is accepted, we will process your refund using your original form of payment. It can take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund after we process your return.

OTHER ISSUES

If your shipment is damaged or lost, or you receive an incorrect shipment…we sincerely apologize. These issues can be extremely frustrating.
