PROCESSING TIME FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS

Orders are processed the next business day. Once processed, your order will ship within the next three business days.

PROCESSING TIME FOR personalized or made-to-order items

Orders with personalized or made-to-order items typically ship five to ten business days after the order is processed. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your estimated ship date.

DELIVERY TIMES

Flat rate economy shipping is delivered by USPS. USPS delivery time is 2-5 days after the order ships. Be aware that USPS maintains a COVID clause that delivery times can be extended beyond 2-5 days without notice. Unfortunately, these delays are not under the control of Handmade Recovery Cards. If you have a definite need-by date, consider the available priority shipping options.

Flat rate priority USPS shipping is delivered 1-3 days after the order ships.

Flat rate UPS 2-Day is delivered 1-2 days after the order ships.

Next Day Saver and Next Day Air is delivered 1 day after the order ships. Next Day Air arrives by 12:00 PM and Next Day Saver arrives by 11:00PM in most areas.

FREE SHIPPING 

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states of the continental United States with items totaling $35 qualify for free economy shipping. Do not include the cost of shipping or state taxes when adding up your order to see if you qualify for free economy shipping.

If your order qualifies for free economy shipping, you should see the free economy shipping option in the full list of shipping options during the checkout process.

ORDER ISSUES

If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted or the item you ordered requires items that are back-order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. 

We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges on orders with large quantities. We will contact you if the shipping charges calculated by the website are not adequate to cover our shipping costs.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Only USPS ships to PO Boxes. If you use UPS priority shipping, be sure to provide a residential or other address approved by UPS.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is damaged during shipping , you should file a claim with the shipping company. You can also contact us at su*****@ha*******************.com. Be sure to include your order number with an explanation and photos of the damage. We are committed to help you find a speedy and satisfactory resolution to any shipping problems that arise.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact the shipping company to see if the shipment has been delayed. If your order still does not arrive and three to five days have passed, please contact us with your order number at su*****@ha*******************.com. We will also contact the shipper to determine the appropriate next steps.
